Applies to the ISO IMS Internal Audit web app at https://isoaudit.live and its Android app "ISO Internal Audit".
Account details you give us when you register: your name, email address, and the organization details you enter (legal name, registration or licence number, registration number for joining, and department information).
Audit content your team creates: audit plans, schedules, checklists, clause results, evidence notes and photos you attach, non-conformities, corrective actions, verification records and reports.
Technical data such as email delivery status for notifications sent by the app.
To run your organization's private audit workspace: keep each organization's records separate, show auditors only the audits and departments assigned to them, send non-conformities to the right department head, notify auditors of assignments, due actions and closures, and generate your audit reports.
We do not sell your data or use your audit content to advertise.
Members of your own organization, according to their role: the Management Representative, Lead Auditors and Auditors see audit work in their scope; department auditees see the non-conformities raised for their department. Staff of the service may access data only to operate, secure and support the service.
People outside your organization cannot see your organization's records.
Data is stored on managed cloud infrastructure with encryption in transit and at rest, and access controls enforced by role-based permissions. Organizations are logically separated so records from one organization are not shown to another.
The app sends emails for account confirmation, audit assignments, schedules, non-conformities, due and closed actions. These are service notifications, not marketing, and you can stop receiving audit emails by leaving your organization or asking your Management Representative to remove your email address.
Your audit records are kept while your organization uses the app. You can request deletion of your account or your organization's data at any time by contacting us; we delete the account and associated records and confirm once done.
The app is a business tool intended for users 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13.
We may update this policy as the app evolves. The latest version is always available at https://isoaudit.live/privacy.
